Inside: How are you coping in this pandemic? Do you feel like you are letting everyone down and struggling with your mental health?
Dear Mom,
I know you are feeling overwhelmed.
The kids are out of control.
The sink is hidden under the dirty dishes. The laundry is piled high. You can't see the floor through the kid's toys.
The house is trashed.
You think you arenβt good enough because you canβt teach your child their school work online.
You feel overwhelmed and have nothing left.
But let me encourage you.
