Can you tell the difference between a tantrum or a meltdown?
In a tantrum your child is frustrated.
They may be angry.
They probably want something and they might be having trouble telling you.
Or perhaps you said "No!" to what they want!
So, the tanty builds like a snowball.
Think about how you talk to your child!
Is it always:
No you can't do that!
No don't hit your sister!
Because I said so!
Stop and reset your words and motive!
You really want to build connection with your child.

try ASKING your child.
